Do you ship internationally?

Yes we offer shipping from as little as €2 for the rest of the world.

How long will shipping take?

Estimated shipping time:

Ireland: 2-4 business days (standard)

UK & Europe: 3-7 business days

Rest of world: 6-12 business days

 

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, we will get to prepping and packing your order! This usually doesn't take longer than a week from the date of order (but bear in mind weekends impact the shipping times). Once your order is ready it will be brought to the local post office and sent. You should expect a shipping email to let you know when this happens. Rest assured general untracked shipping is usually very reliable. (Not on busy periods eg. Valentines, Mother’s/Father’s Day Christmas, etc) 

 

What sizes do the prints come in?

At the moment prints are available in A5, A4 and A3 sizes. 

 

Are the prints good quality?

Yes all of our prints are printed on 250gsm and greeting cards on 250gsm paper. Both are printed with an eco friendly printer and on carbon balanced paper.

 

What size are the cards?

Our standard card size is 4x6 inches and comes with a C6 kraft envelope for posting. They are small but we think thats what makes them so gorgeous and unique! 

 

Why would I buy a print?

Prints have become a very popular birthday / Christmas / Kriskindle / just because present over the last year. They are the perfect room decor to either frame, stick up or hang on a notice board. We suggest you buy them as bundles (Multiple prints that compliment eachother) to create beautiful wall art.

Quality of stickers?

Our stickers are very high quality and vibrant. Brilliant for most surfaces!

Candles

Our candles are all hand bent, it isn't an easy task to do! We try our best to keep them imperfection free.

How good is the quality of the tote bag and crew neck?

Our Howrad totebag is 100% cotton, thick and durable. It is not a thin tote that is see through. They are machine washable, hang dry and iron inside out. Our crewnecks are thick and cosy, they are fuzzy on the inside! We recommend you wash normal and hang dry to prevent balling happing. 

Stationery

Our stationery is very high quality, our paper is 100-120gsm and pen does not transfer onto the next page! They are tear away desk pads and great for anyone obsessed with being organised!

Caring for your mugs

We use vinyl for our glass mug! They are handwash ONLY, please do not scrub or rub hard on the vinyl💗 *very small pieces may be subject to falling off. Do not submerge in hot water OR put in the dishwasher!

If the care instructions are not followed and the mugs becomes damaged this is at the discretion of the customer.

PSA

Try to avoid any type of liquid coming into contact with your prints/cards (even small splashes) the ink will lift very easily as its not printed on coated paper.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Unwanted goods

If you return the item (having taken good care of it, complete with packaging and all of the components) within 7 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any payment you have made to us for that product excluding delivery charge. You pay for the return of the goods. We cannot offer a refund of payment after 14 days of the receipt of the product. We do not offer refunds on mirror decals (if used). We do not cover the cost of return shipping fees.

We do not offer refunds on Crews & Christmas jumpers as they are seasonal stock and made to order to avoid waste so unfortunately returns are not accepted. PLEASE ensure you check the size guide in the image section to ensure this will definitely fit before making a purchase. Please allow 3-5 days processing time before shipment.

We do not offer refunds on mugs unless they arrive to you damaged. Please make sure to follow the care instructions carefully.

Faulty Goods

If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason please contact us by email at howradstudiosinfo@gmail.com to inform us and with proof of damage etc and we will arrange a refund or replacement. You should outline exactly what you purchased, when you purchased, and the reason why you are returning it.
